John Titor was the name used several times on an online bulletin board. This man claimed he was from 2036.
He was an American soldier who was assigned on a government project to retrieve a computer.
Titor tried to alert anyone that would listen about the threat of Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease spread through beef products and about the possibility of civil war within the United States.
When questioned about them by an online subscriber, Titor also expressed an interest in mysteries such as UFOs which remained unexplained in his time. Titor suggested that UFOs and aliens might be travelers from much further into the future than his own time, with superior time machines.
He made numerous posts, starting with what his time machine looked like, and how it worked. He even posted an actual picture.
He also made several predictions, one of the most dramatic being World War 3. He predicted that Russia would launch a nuclear war on U.S, Europe and China in 2015.
Entire U.S cities are destroyed according to him, including Washington D.C. The main capital then becomes Omaha, Nebraska.
He also stated that the quantum world theory of parallel universes was correct.
There has been come criticisms of him. Some of this theories did NOT come true, such as Olympic games ending in 2004.
